This notice covers the First Line Logic website at firstlinelogic.com. Departments that use Shift Ready are also covered by their agreement with First Line Logic.

What we collect

When you use the request form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, department or organization, role, fleet size range, and message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request and to follow up about Shift Ready. We do not sell your information, and this website does not use advertising trackers.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the bot check on the request form.
• Resend delivers form submissions to us by email.

Your request reaches us as an email message and is kept in our email account.

How long we keep it

We keep requests as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information by using the request form.

Children

This website is for public safety professionals and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
